We collect the name, email, area, interests, and optional message you submit so the Subic Wellness Circle team can review your interest and contact you about participating.

Private submissions

Your contact name, email address, and private message are stored in Supabase and available only to authorized administrators. They are not included in the public directory.

Business listings

When you give permission to be listed, the team may publish your business name, category, area, public description, and website after review. Signing up does not automatically create a public listing or approve membership.

Administrator access

Administrators use Supabase email authentication, with verification emails delivered by Resend. Admin access requests include your name, verified email, and reason for joining; super admins review these details before granting access. The admin site stores the signed-in session in the browser until sign-out or session expiry. Visitors do not need an account to browse or express interest.

Your choices

Please do not send health, financial, or other sensitive information. To request a correction, removal, or no further contact, reply to the team when they contact you.
